Our funeral directors at Christian Funerals in Maylands provide compassionate support to families in Maylands, and the surrounding areas when they need it most. Our job is to gently guide you during this difficult time, providing support and advice to ensure that the funeral is a memorable and fitting occasion for those left behind.
Christian Funerals is located 5 km from Perth CBD and proudly serves residents of Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Bayswater, Bassendean, Morley and surrounding suburbs.
Our funeral home is a welcoming space where families can make funeral arrangements or can use our extended facilities such as our chapel, condolence lounge and rooms to hold a viewing, a funeral or a memorial service.
Christian Funerals can help arrange any type of funeral. Some options for a funeral service include:
Following the ceremony, your loved one can be buried or memorialised within the grounds of Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park which is a 25-minute drive away from our funeral home. Karrakatta Cemetery, Midland Cemetery and Guildford Cemetery are also a short drive away.
Our funeral home was renovated in November 2018 and is a warm and welcoming space to gather your family and arrange a funeral.

Our funeral home is accessible for visitors with wheelchairs and other mobility aids. If you are coming by train, we are a 4-minute walk from Meltham Station.
The team at Christian Funerals Maylands are with you every step of the way, keeping you informed and guiding you through the arrangements as much or as little as you need.
How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I've worked in the funeral industry for over 22 years. It is a great opportunity to walk with families through some of their darkest times. Also, helping families understand “what happens next” so they feel a part of the decision-making process.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
When the opportunity arises, I love to get on my Kawasaki Vulcan and ride through our lovely countryside, especially the Great Southern! I love my AFL Footy Team, The Eagles (the only team worth following in the West). Every week I see them play, and sometimes even make it to the Stadium! Most of all, there is nothing better than being with like-minded people in my local church community on a Sunday morning.
What makes Christian Funerals special?
We have very good people at Christian Funerals, I’m proud to be part of this varied and wide-ranging team. We adhere to the Christian Faith in word and deed, giving us a unique insight into the local church community and allowing us to “walk alongside” families of different faiths and traditions. As a team, we’ve been serving our communities for years and have the accumulative knowledge and capability to provide a professional service for families.
